This wallpaper pattern consists of the same small three-pronged shape covering the plane. There is vertical reflection (if you were to place a line through the top prong and reflect vertically, its sides would match up) but there is no horizontal reflection. There is also 120 degree rotation. The rotation centers are also all on reflection axes, so that would make this a p3m1 pattern.
This particular pattern is a wallpaper pattern because it repeats indefinitely in more than one direction.
